Focused on middle school students, but adaptable to a variety of ages, Sea Seekers was a South Carolina based collaborative project that yielded 12 interactive lessons for the classroom. Lessons contain supporting background materials, teacher informational sheets and student worksheets.

Adopt-A-Wetland Curriculum Guide for Grades 3-12 (PDF, 32.17 MB)
The University of Georgia's Marine Extension Service (UGA MAREX) published the Adopt-A-Wetland Curriculum Guide for Grades 3-12 and complimentary information rich Adopt-A-Wetland Manual. The publications have been greatly used in COSEE SE professional development workshops as they provide classroom and informal activities that are aligned to classroom standards. Great information on native and invasive species can be found in the fact sheets as well as pertinent information about water chemistry and natural coastal processes.
Georgia's Wetland Treasures
Georgia's Wetland Treasures is a 218-page teacher resource activity book that includes fact sheets, activities, information and field guides, worksheets, and activity directions. Our Amazing Coast
Building off of Georgia's Amazing Coast lessons and texts, Our Amazing Coast (OAC) is the regionally applicable set of lessons that were facilitated in regional workshops hosted by COSEE SE. OAC lessons support classroom standards for grades 3-5 in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
